Accounting firms in Pattaya: what they charge, and where you file
Pattaya is served by firms organised around nationality rather than by size, and the price follows the desk. A Russian language firm publishes 5,000 baht a month all inclusive and 5,000 a year for the annual accounts, while English language firms in the same town publish 4,500 to 15,000 a month and audit fees from 10,000 to 20,000.
This is the clearest place in Thailand to see that you are not buying accounting, you are buying accounting in a particular language, and the two are priced very differently.

The price follows the desk, not the work
Most towns in Thailand split two ways, Thai and English. Pattaya splits four or five ways, and each nationality desk prices differently for identical statutory filings. A Russian language firm in Phratamnak publishes a flat 5,000 baht a month for accounting and tax reporting, and 5,000 baht a year for the annual balance sheet. An English language firm in East Pattaya publishes 4,500 baht a month for a non VAT company, 9,500 for a VAT registered one, and 15,000 for a foreign owned or BOI company. A German desk publishes the fullest visa price list we found anywhere in the country.
The foreign ownership tier, priced openly
One Pattaya firm does something unusually honest: it publishes a separate monthly tier for a BOI promoted or foreign owned company at 15,000 baht, against 4,500 for a non VAT Thai company. Most firms fold that difference into a quote you never see itemised. Whether or not you use that firm, the ratio is worth knowing before you accept anyone else’s number.
One firm doing the government fees properly
A Pattaya law firm publishes the Labour Department work permit fee schedule in full, 100 baht for the application, 750 for a permit up to three months, 1,500 up to six, 3,000 up to twelve, and does not present any of it as its own price. That is exactly the right way round, and it is rarer than it should be. When a quote gives you one number with no split, this is the schedule to check it against.
What Pattaya firms publish
Each figure came from the firm itself, in most cases printed on its own website. Where a firm has sent us its current rate card instead, the row says so. Follow the link, or tell us if something has changed and we will correct it.

The offices, and which is which
Each of these was checked against the agency’s own page on 29 August 2026. Where the official source contradicts advice that is still repeated in English, we say so rather than quietly agreeing with it.

What we could not verify
These offices exist and matter, and we have left them off rather than fill them in from a map or a directory. An address on a page like this is only worth publishing if it came from the agency’s own site.
- Chonburi Immigration, the Jomtien office that serves Pattaya. Both of its official sites failed from our side, one on a redirect loop and one on DNS, and Immigration Division 3 publishes only its own Bangkok address. We would rather leave the card out than publish an address we could not read from an official page.
Know the current address? Send it with the official page it is on and we will add it.
