What it costs
What Thai firms actually charge
Published prices are scattered across Thai and English websites, most firms print none, and the ones that do rarely cover the same scope, so it is hard to know whether a quote is fair. We read 193 firms’ own websites and wrote down every figure they had chosen to print. Here it is, with the source link on each one.

Monthly bookkeeping & tax filing
What does monthly bookkeeping cost in Thailand?
Thai firms publish monthly bookkeeping from about 1,000 to 8,000 baht, and firms selling in English publish from about 4,000 to 20,000 baht for work of the same size. The number is meaningless without the document or transaction cap attached to it, which is the single thing to check before you compare two quotes.

What does a statutory audit cost in Thailand?
A dormant company is audited for about 4,000 to 7,000 baht a year, and a trading company is priced by revenue, typically 10,000 to 30,000 baht up to 30 million baht of turnover. Every Thai company must be audited by a licensed CPA whatever its size, including one that made a loss and one that did not trade at all.

What does it cost to register a company in Thailand?
The government fee for a limited company is about 6,000 to 6,500 baht all in, and it is the same whoever files it for you. On top of that, Thai firms publish service fees of 2,000 to 12,000 baht while firms selling in English publish 17,000 to 70,000 baht, which is the widest gap of any category on this site.

What does a Thai work permit and visa cost?
Immigration and the Labour Department charge a few thousand baht in government fees, and agents charge 8,000 to 40,000 baht on top to handle it. Many pages blur the two together, so the first question to ask any agent is which part of their number is theirs.

What does a BOI application cost in Thailand?
Consultants publish BOI application fees from 180,000 to 320,000 baht, and the Board of Investment itself charges no fixed government filing fee for the application. Almost nobody publishes a BOI price at all, so the handful of firms that do are the only public benchmark that exists.

What does an LTR visa cost in Thailand?
The government fee for the ten year Long-Term Resident visa is 50,000 baht per person, fixed and published by the BOI. Agent fees on top of that are rarely published: the two we found run from 22,000 to 100,000 baht per applicant, which is a wide band for what is, on paper, a document-driven application.

What does payroll outsourcing cost in Thailand?
Thai providers mostly charge a flat monthly fee by headcount band, roughly 500 to 8,000 baht a month, while international providers charge per employee, roughly 160 to 650 baht a head. Which shape you are quoted matters more than the rate, because the two cross over at around fifteen staff.
