About
Pricing in Thailand is opaque. That is the whole problem.
Quotuno exists because getting three comparable prices for basic professional services in Thailand is unreasonably hard, and because it does not have to be.
What goes wrong today
A foreign-owned company in Thailand needs a bookkeeper, an auditor, a work permit, or a company registered. So it asks around. What comes back is four quotes in four formats: a LINE message with a number, a JPEG price list, a PDF in Thai, and a firm that will only discuss price on a call.
None of them can be compared. One is ฿3,000 a month and excludes the year-end close. One is ฿6,000 and includes it. One says เริ่มต้น, meaning starting from, and will revise once it sees the document volume. Deciding well would mean reading all four carefully in two languages, and most people simply pick the one that answered fastest in English.
That is bad for buyers, who overpay or get less than they thought. It is also bad for good Thai firms, who lose work not on price or quality but because their quote was harder to read.
What Quotuno does
You describe the job once. Three providers are invited to quote. They answer however they like: Thai or English, PDF, photo, plain text. We read what they send and rewrite it into one structure: scope, what is included, what is excluded, fees by period, government fees separated out, VAT treatment, turnaround, who signs.
We never change a provider's numbers or terms, and the original document travels with the structured version. It remains the binding offer.
How we make money
Customers pay nothing, ever. The firm you hire pays us a commission on that engagement, agreed with each firm; a firm that quotes and is not chosen pays nothing.
We know the objection: a marketplace paid on the engagement earns more when you pay more. Two things keep that in check. We never rank, reorder or recommend quotes; you see every quote side by side, in the order it arrived, and you choose. And the rate a firm pays us has no bearing on whether it receives your request.
Nobody can buy placement. Which three firms receive a request is decided by category, capacity and rotation, and the rule is published in full.
Who runs it

Connected firms
Running a marketplace from inside the market creates an obvious conflict of interest, so we name it rather than hide it. Two firms on the panel are connected to Quotuno's founders: Plizz, which Jérôme co-founded, and Narai Partners, whose managing partner is a SmeCFO co-founder. They take part like any other provider. They receive no preference and no penalty, they are flagged as connected on their profiles and in our database, and the routing rule that decides who gets invited is enforced in code with no manual override. Every routing decision is logged with the full list of candidates that were considered.
Where we are
Quotuno is early. We now cover seven service categories with a small panel of providers, and we are adding both as demand shows us where it is. During this period a person reads every quote before it reaches you, not because the software cannot do it, but because that is how we learn what the structure is still missing.
If something is wrong, unclear or missing, write to hello@quotuno.com. It reaches a human.
