Quotuno

How Quotuno routes requests

Outside providers compete with firms connected to Quotuno's founders. This page is the rule that makes that fair, and it is enforced in code with no manual override.

  1. The pool is every active provider listed in the request's service category.
  2. Providers over their weekly capacity are excluded.
  3. A provider who already has an open request from the same customer is excluded.
  4. Remaining providers are ordered by fewest invitations in the last 30 days (round-robin). Ties are random.
  5. The first three are invited. Founder-connected firms are flagged in our database and get no preference and no penalty.

Every routing decision is logged with the full candidate list. Providers can see their own invitation count and win rate against the field on request.
