แบบ ว. lists the company’s objectives, attached to the memorandum. Most companies file the DBD’s standard broad objectives list and add specific clauses only for activities that need them.
Objectives matter later: a licence application, a bank, or the Revenue Department may check that an activity is covered, and adding objectives afterwards is a registered change with its own filing.
