สปส.1-10 is the monthly return an employer files with the Social Security Office listing each insured employee’s wages and the contributions deducted from them. The employer files it every month, together with the employer and employee contributions, by the 15th of the month after the month in which the contributions were deducted.
Paying late is expensive: the SSO’s own form states that contributions not remitted on time attract a surcharge of 2% per month, counted from the 16th. The 15th is the same date on the compliance calendar, and it applies in months when nobody joined or left.
