ภ.พ.01 is the application to register for VAT, filed at the Area Revenue Office where the head office sits, or online. Registration is mandatory within 30 days of turnover passing 1.8 million baht in a year, and voluntary before that.
There is no fee. The application asks for the company papers, the office address evidence and the authorised signatory, and the Revenue Department may inspect the premises before approving.
