แบบ ก. carries the particulars of each director: identity, address and signature. It is filed at incorporation for the first board and again whenever a director joins.
Each director signs their own แบบ ก., which is one of the reasons an incorporation file needs signatures from everyone before the DBD visit, not just from whoever goes to the counter.
