บอจ.4 is the DBD form on which a limited company sets out the amendments to its registered particulars and any special resolutions it is registering, such as a change of directors or of their signing authority. The company files it with the บอจ.1 application when registering the change, signed by an authorized director.
For a change of directors or their signing authority, the DBD’s own guide says the filing must reach the registrar within 14 days of the change. After incorporation this is the form you will meet most often, because almost every later change to the company’s registered details goes through it.
