บอจ.3 carries the particulars of the incorporation itself: the directors and their signing authority, the registered office address, and the capital as issued and paid up. It is filed with บอจ.1 and the shareholder list when the company is registered.
The signing authority written here is what the certificate of registration will show, so a mistake on บอจ.3 becomes a company that cannot sign contracts the way its owners intended.
