บอจ.1 is the cover application for every company limited registration at the DBD: it fronts the file whether you are registering the memorandum, the incorporation, or a later change. It states what is being registered and who is applying, and the promoters or directors sign it.
You will sign one when the company is formed and again for every registered change afterwards, from a new director to a capital increase.
